The composition of the Corporate Governance Committee changed on 12 October 2016.

On 12 October 2016, the Corporate Governance Committee decided to change its composition, opting to limit the number of members to 15, while ensuring that key stakeholders with respect to good governance in Belgium were sufficiently represented. First and foremost, committee members are chosen based on their experience of and expertise in corporate governance.

After the selection procedure, assisted by the Nomination Committee, the following new members joined the Board of Directors, Benoît Bayenet and Bart De Smet.

Members are appointed for a three-year term and join the Board of Directors of the private foundation, which is chaired by Mr Thomas Leysen. The full composition of the committee can be found on its website.
