Participate to the survey on sustainable value creation
The Corporate Governance Committee entrusted GUBERNA with a study on sustainable value creation, a core principle of the 2020 Belgian Corporate Governance Code (2020 Code).
As part of this study, we invite Belgian listed companies to complete the following survey. This survey seeks to understand how companies, and in particular their Boards of Directors, understand and implement sustainable value creation.
Completing the survey will take approximately 20 minutes and the results will be fully anonymised.
The findings will be published in a study report at the end of 2022 and will help the Corporate Governance Committee to improve its recommendations and explanations for Belgian listed companies.
